Christ Church, Castlemaine, St. John's Chewton, St. Mary's Elphinstone

Situated in the Central Goldfields of Victoria this faith community seeks to serve God by embracing the rich diversity of people and nature to be found in Barker’s Creek, Campbell’s Creek, Castlemaine, Chewton, Elphinstone, Faraday and Harcourt. The diversity of our many Occasional Services, Retreats, Quiet Days, exhibitions, concerts, plays and other events that are held in all three centres provide an opportunity for people to experience and engage with the presence of God in their lives.

Sunday            8.00 am Eucharist & 10.30 am Choral Eucharist with Sunday School

The Principal Holy Days and Festivals (Holy Days) are celebrated at Christ Church.

St. John’s, Fryer’s Road, Chewton (2nd and 4th Sundays of the month)

Sunday            9.15 am Eucharist

The Principal Holy Days are celebrated at St. John’s.

St. Mary’s, Midland Highway, Elphinstone (1st and 3rd Sundays of the month)

Sunday            9.15 am Eucharist

Other Activities

Occasional Services, Retreats, Quiet Days, exhibitions, concerts, plays and other events are held in all three centres and are advertised in the local press (Castlemaine Mail and Midland Express).
