History

Our parish is steeped in the history of the Gold Fields. Some of the buildings throughout the parish reflect this rich history and having preserved their historical significance are cherished by parishioners and visitors alike. The people of the parish are warm and inviting and look forward to welcoming you.

Spanning across four Shires, the parish encompasses the richness of rural experiences and socio economic conditions. Our ministry is to provide the love, support and hope of the Gospel to people engaged in such diverse activities as farming, wine making, manufacturing and service industries, educational facilities and retirement.
