The Annual Parish Return documentation is available here.

All current and new Office Bearers will need to complete the Parish Contact details form ANNUALLY so that we have up to date contact information as well as up to date office appointments. (PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM BY THE BEGINNING OF MARCH EACH YEAR).

The Parish Rector/Priest in Charge and Secretary are responsible for ensuring completed Annual Parish Financial and Statistical Returns are received by the Registry as early as possible, but no later than mid-April each year.
